Customer : How long would it take for a jacket to be received at my place?

Leather Loom All our regular orders are usually shipped within 5-10 business days. However, due to the different nature of all custom orders, it can sometimes take more or even less than the estimated time. Once the order is shipped, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep.

Customer : Does Free Shipping apply to all countries?

Leather Loom Yes, Free Shipping applies to all countries where we ship.

Customer : What shipping methods do you use?

Leather Loom We use DHL and UPS mostly for our USA parcels and DPD for European zones. We also use FEDEX services.

Customer : Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

Leather Loom: As far as we have experienced, customers never face extra import duties and taxes because we ship via DHL express delivery but still customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Customer : Can I get my jacket custom made in any type of leather?

Leather Loom: Absolutely Yes! The best quality leather that ranges from Lambskin, Sheepskin and Goatskin to Buffalo-hide and Cow-hide all are available in our stock to make your jackets. We have the experience of making jackets in all type, pattern, colors, shades & thickness.

Customer : What zippers do you use normally in your jackets?

Leather Loom: We use original YKK imported zippers in all our jackets.

Customer : Do you make jackets of customized requirements?

Leather Loom: Yes, We do make customized jackets of customer’s special requirements in his own customized style, Designs and patterns.
